1. Our Services
We provide motorcycle repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and related mechanical services. All services are carried out by qualified technicians to a professional standard. We may also supply and fit parts as required.
2. Estimates & Authorisation
We will provide a written or verbal estimate before carrying out any work.
Estimates are not fixed prices and may change if additional work or parts are required.
We will contact you for approval if costs increase significantly.
By leaving your motorcycle with us, you authorise us to inspect and carry out agreed work.
3. Parts & Warranty
All new parts supplied by us are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise.
Labour is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of completion.
No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.
Warranties do not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or modifications made after service.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon collection of the motorcycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by [list accepted methods: e.g. cash, debit/credit card, bank transfer].
If payment is not made, we reserve the right to retain the motorcycle under a lien (legal right to retain goods) until payment is received in full.
5. Storage Fees
Motorcycles must be collected within 5 working days after notification of completion.
After this period, storage fees of £10 per day WILL apply unless otherwise agreed.
If a vehicle is left uncollected for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to take legal steps under the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 to recover costs, including sale or disposal.
6. Liability & Damage
We will take reasonable care of your motorcycle while in our possession.
We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage, or loss of personal items left on the bike.
Our total liability in connection with any claim will not exceed the cost of the services provided.
7. Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Your personal information will only be used to process your service and communicate with you.
We will never share your details with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a booking, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations may incur charges for time or parts ordered on your behalf.
9. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
If you’re unhappy with our service, please contact us directly.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the Motor Ombudsman or resolved in the County Court under English law.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a service or leaving your motorcycle with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
